Scourge Arrow of Menace + Manaforged Arrows

It seems like the targeting of scourge arrow of menace when linked to manaforged arrows is bugged. It seems to almost always fire behind my character and not towards enemies at all.

I'm also experiencing this. Not quite 100% of the time, but more than 90% of the time the manaforged scourge arrow will fire exactly 180 degrees from where I am aiming. Changing the position of where my cursor is also rotates the scourge arrow trajectory- but still at a 180 degree angle. Does not really seem to track actual enemy position at all like other skills when supported by manaforged arrow.
