Can't view top row in Flask and Gem tabs in gamepad UI.

Whenever I move the selection to the top in these tabs the bar scrolls all the way down to the bottom even though it's selected the flask/gem. This makes it impossible to select anything reliably.

I have the gem tab and notice the same issue with it scrolling to the bottom when I try to select the top row.

I am facing the same issue. For what it's worth, I'm on PS5. I'm not sure if this is a controller issue or platform issue.
