Super low Res when doing Blight and heavy screen clutter.

The last few leagues while playing Blight the screen would start to go supper fuzzy like going down to 380p or something. I use to think it was an internet problem, but yesterday it happened again and soon as the Blight mechanic ended (this time I was not even in blighted map) everything cleared up crystal clear.

So I'm wondering if this is a game problem, video card problem, or Direct X issue? There has been lots of reports the last few leagues about how bad performance has been, but blight has started to become unplayable when it's so low rez.

That sounds like the dynamic resolution kicking in to give you increased fps at the cost of quality, you can disable this in graphics settings at the bottom if your pc will be able to handle it.
