Blight chest rewards do not appear if spawned on top of Affliction hole

Title, sorry I cannot provide a screenshot.

I was able to collect 3/4 of my blight chests in City Square Map. I had completed the Affliction area before starting the blight encounter. I was unable to collect 1 blight chest that was from a portal that spawned on top of the then-closed affliction zone.

I don't know how to attach the screenshots to this post. The problem is somewhat easy to replicate, just have blight rewards spawn on the affliction zone entrance.

I took a screenshot before entering it and after it closed. Neither way am I able to click the 4 blight reward chests that should be on it.
