Crashing Often When Returning To Act Towns

Since the last hotfix I have started crashing frequently when returning to act towns. The game will simply freeze at the loading screen until I get the Windows 11 alert telling me the program has stopped responding. No error messages are generated otherwise.

Game runs great, otherwise.

Windows 11, all patches up-to-date
EVGA Nvidia Geforce RTX2080 Super, drivers up-to-date


I just had a crash while porting to the ACT 10 main hub. Here's the tail end of my log file:

Edit: I just ran packcheck and no issue were found.

Edit 2: Just crashed while inside the heist hub area for the first time. Same errors in the log regarding the Karui Elemental body armor.

Edit 3: It happens while in town as well, not just during the loading process.
