Crashing while Mapping with Party

Hey folk,

since this league the game crashes at random points while in a map with multiple people. Number of people doesn't matter, same with map type.
When playing solo there are no issues at all regarding performance.
Used Gateways: Milan, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, London.
