How do I "switch character" on website

I'm logged in to the website and it displays an old character. I have no scripts blocked. I select "switch character" and select the level 100 character I want to display, but nothing changes... what do I need to do to get this changed?

Hi whyBish, the character on the top left of the website displays the character you were last logged into on the Path of Exile client. You should be able to change this if you log into another character in-game and then logging off.

I tried logging in to my level 100 character just now, but the website didn't change the displayed character. Is there some delay?

Yes, there's a bit of delay with caches from the website. In-game it will show your character names as they should be.
Do NOT log in to your account while you're (or Support is) doing name changes. |

I have the same issue but I don't have the Path of exile client.
Furthermore, I have 2 guilds: - One is on PC and act as default one. - Another one is on Xbox. On this one I can't donate to the guild as it goes back to the one on PC by default. I imagined that it was connected to the character on the website, but cant change that. Any idea how to make it work? Thanks. |
