It's not out yet. June 7, 2024 is the date we've been given for the release.
The install button on the page you've linked is just part of the general layout of SteamDB, it's there regardless of an actual release. The POE 2 store page on Steam has been recently added, perhaps what you saw on the steam forums was referring to that? |
