standard doesnt get new content but will they have no metamorph?

Affliction league will remove metamorph and add ultimatum,
will people in standard still be able to play metamorph
because they wont have access to (the new) ultimatum?
and the removal of metamorph from standard occouring the
league after affliction ends?

you will be able to play ultimatum in standard i'm pretty sure as ultimatum isn't the new leaque mechanic

just like sanctum wich got added in 3.22, you didn't have to play leaque in 3.22 to play sanctum
