7,8k hours in Steam, but I also played a couple of years on the stand alone client before switching over. So I'm probably around 10k in 10 years.
So... You're probably healthier than me, right? :) Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
