Is the new timed map device P2W?

The thread title is obbiously put a bit provocative and of course it is, even when u tend to focus on efficiency, just a QOL-feature above all. But I wanted to ask the people who got it - did it have an impact, even if its only a gut feeling, on your mapping speed?
I feel it especially when testing leaguestarts as of now, I tend to use the chaos recipe and pick up more stuff than I should and the timer actually keeps me in check in small incrememts. I agree with your sentiment sir, this feature made my builds deal 40% more dps.
It is p2w and worth the purchase 100%, go and buy it friends. But it is not as good stash tabs, those increase your dps by more than 8000% I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty,

Tbh doesn't make much difference to me, I just like using the new timed map device cuz I like the addition of a new UI element. Plus it just makes me check how long I take after the fact (not that I am chasing after any timed goals anyways)

Where do you get the timer ?

"Ancestor Mystery box "Timekeeper's Map Device" for now but its random with the other items in the box.
