What are the spawn chances/odds per hideout category?

Does anyone know the odds of a hideout spawning, according to it's Rarity? Common, Rare, Very Rare, Extremely Rare hideouts

haunted is extremely rare, its more like 1:250 I feel. But real numbers? I don´t think I´ve ever seen some.
