Flask and Gems tabs are broken!! first row is disabled and scrolls down to bottom automatically

My Gem Tab is experiencing this issue as well.
It as if it's stuck scrolled down to the bottom of the tab unable to see items in top row. You can select them, but they will be off your screen above the open menu. |
