[3.22] Bow Trigger Discharge Lightning Warp Pathfinder

Disclaimer
This build uses many expensive uniques. Unless you really want to build around Discharge, I wouldn't recommend this build at all.

Introduction
This build is inspired by the the recent popular Lightning Warp TS build.
However, since we are already stacking Power charges and Frenzy Charges, I want to make Discharge the main damage skill instead.

The introduction of Manaforged Arrow from last league allows us to have a full 6L utility setup to generate charges, Life gain on hit and apply Wither.

This league also reintroduce Original Sin which gives us huge damage scaling with Pathfinder's Nature's Reprisal.




Source of charges
We have +3 Power Charges from the tree, +1 from tattoo, +1 from Helmet corruption for a total of 8 Power Charges.

We are using Badge of Brotherhoods to also gives us 8 Frenzy Charges.

We have +1 Endurance Charges from boot and +1 from the tree, for a total of 5 Endurance Charges.

Charges Generation

We are generating Endurance Charges and Frenzy Charges by using this unique:


To apply Corrosion quickly and gain a lot of Frenzy/Endurance Charges, we need to hits the enemies as often as possible. This is possible using this Manaforged Arrow setup:

Manaforged Arrow + Rain of Arrows + Blast Rain + Storm Rain + PCoC + Inspiration

We intentionally pick all the attack skills that hit multiple times per attacks. This setup also generates Power Charges for us through PCoC.

We are also getting modifiers with "Chance that if you would gain X Charges, you instead gain up to your maximum number of X Charge"


We also gain Frenzy Charges from Frenzy (which we use to trigger everything else) and Bloor Rage on kill.

CDR/APS Breakpoints

Discharge: This is easy, we are using Endless Misery so Discharge CD is fixed to 250ms anyways. The adjusted tick rate from the server would be 0.264ms, so our attack needs to be as close as possible to the multiple of 3.78. And we have 7.56 APS.

Lightning Warp: We aim to reach at least 128% CDR here but no more than 204% CDR. Our sources:
- 80% Travel CDR from 8 Frenzy Charges with Badge of Brotherhood
- 40% Travel CDR from Boot implicit (Dreamquest Slipper)
- 16% CDR from 2 x Tattoo of Tasalio Makanga
Total : 136% Travel CDR

This has a APS breakpoint of 7.57, and we have 7.56APS.

Manaforged: We aim to get at least 27% CDR and no more than 37% CDR. Our sources:
- 11% CDR from 23% normal quality Manaforged
- 16% CDR from 2 x Tattoo of Tasalio Makanga
Total: 27% CDR for Manaforged

At this CD, Manaforged has a APS breakpoint of 2.52, which we have 7.56, exactly 3 times of.

So all our triggers converge at 7.56 APS, we wont likely always at this APS since we are constantly losing and gaining Frenzy Charges, but it would be ideal to try to be as close as possible to this number.



Manacost

Divergent Inspiration and

will give us 100% reduced mana cost.

We need to run Divergent Inspiration on on 6L Discharge setup and 4L Lightning Warp setup.



We run a level 15 Anomalous Inspiration on our 6L Manaforged Setup so that each of the rain skill costs exactly 1 mana to give us Inspiration charges.


Defenses

This is not a super tanky character but we have a decent amount of different defensive layers.

- Petrified Blood + Progenesis
- Bloodnotch + Immutable Forces
- 20% Phys taken as Cold and 50% Phys taken as Lightning
- Lots of life gains on hit from Manaforged arrows spam.
- 75/75/76/75 Resistances
- Elemental Ailment Immunity
