Glacial Hideout won't unlocked

Hi,
With a friend a mine, we cleared a Glacier map yesterday and found a Hideout inside of it. I had the "Hideout unlocked" statement in my quest log. I was there for the clear but Helena still won't oblige and prompt my newly unlocked HO. Anyway (including GGG) knows the trick ?!?!
