40/40 rewards question

i was looking at the armour for 40/40 and wasnt really impressed with it at all but then i saw that the armour gives effects. gloves and chest give a blood effect and the helmet changes the health bar of enemies which is cool so i was wondering if anyone that has the T3+ set can tell me if the health bar effect upgrades with the armour.

As far as I can tell, the effects are the same.
Only the appearance of the helmet/armor/gloves/etc is changing with upgrades. |
