Sanctum next zone is "NULL" and unusable

Hi, I was running a Sanctum forbidden tome, I finished the first floor boss (ilvl 83). I have not been in a party for a long while. After I looted the chest I went to the portal to go back to the entrance.
The portal name is displayed as "NULL" and cannot be used/interacted with. I can still go back to the previous zone where the boss was killed.

Every metric looks fine in the F1 debug graph. 120fps 9ms ping. Game is running in windowed fullscreen 1080p with directx11).
