Please help

IF anyone could be so kind as to help me better my build.. Im following a guide but doesn't quite show me exactly what to do if I CAN'T afford something or alternatives. I'm a cold dot ele witch, but i'm dying like crazy please if anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

Hi, i recommend you check poe.ninja website, maybe you can find one build close to your own build! Just select the yuour "main move" and get some ideas to improve your build, or untill change it :)
