Ban on TFT for no reason. Help, community

Hello, dear fellow players. I got into trouble. I got banned from TFT after two years of playing POE.
I was a regular customer of this community. Sometimes i used the services of Ashling. I did not provide any services. Sometimes i sold things wholesale. And a week ago, using the services at Ashling T4, I was deceived for a Amethyst Ring. It was simply stolen from me. I wrote a complaint in the appropriate section about this player who stole the ring. I also noticed that this person has deceived several other people. A day passes and I receive a message from Dyno BOT with the following content: "You were banned in The Forbidden Trove. | multi account/r16" But I never not used other accounts discord or on path of exile. I don't understand why I was blocked. I wrote an appeal on their official website, but 4 days have already passed and I still have not been unblocked. Please help me understand the situation. TFT-If you have not received a message or friend request from a staff member within 15 days, this means your appeal was denied.

They monitor these forums like hawks. Pretty much 0 chance he gets unbanned now after giving them bad rep xD GGG does indeed need to itemize services like Aishling so less ppl feel they need to partake in that """community"""

Sounds exactly what tft does.
But of confirm bias for me but these stories are becoming more common. To bad ggg won't let us itemize these services. Sucks. Hopefully you very get good rng as a result. |

TFT or overlay are not mandatory, so that i really don't understand people crying for ban due to overlay or whatever plugin, or they really turn the game from entertainment to life
