Awakeners orb lowering tier of mod

Hi there! Ive been crafting mana res and quant redeemer/shaper simplex amulets but when i slam on the awakeners orb on 2 t1 mods it lowers the tier of reservation efficiency to t2 yet keeps the t1 values. It doesn't brick anything its just a visual error. Im not sure how to link items on here but here's the item text. Thanks!
