Does anyone actually play HC SSF Ruthless?

Cuz wow, the amount of modifiers that has on a playthrough seems so brutal.

" I'd argue that starting in Ruthless HC SSF might be better, because a lot of the knowledge you get in non-ruthless will be worthless in HC SSF Ruthless. You'll die on your first attempts, off course, pretty early, too. Get some life regeneration early on and either play armour based or ES, since armour greatly reduces incoming physical damage especially at the start of the game. ES has the great advantage of regenerating, so you don't depend on your flasks filling up - which can be an issue when fighting Brutus and later Merveil. Bird lover of Wraeclast

"Especially later on the flasks can be fixed with flask passives which give x charges/3 seconds. IIRC these were high priority for me. Doesnt work equally well for all starting classes though. For Ranger at least its a feasible strat to have them before Merveil. (And Brutus can be cheesed with some patience.) No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
