Corpse remains in almost all zones

So I have been seeing the remains of corpses in all the places I go. No I am not self casting them and exploding them. They are appearing all on their own, in fact I am pretty sure I have even seen them in town. It will not go away unless i log off for a short while. They also seem build up over time, their was one point almost all the floor of my hideout was covered in it. Also 2 other weird things are occurring, i don't know if they are related but one of them is a bug that occurred last league as well. One is that Helena will not be able to be put down in my hideout since the game thinks I have not completed the act 2 quest even though I most definitely have. The other bug is when I enter a map and crash with my summoner I will always crash on trying to enter that map, however if I switch characters I can enter the map.
