Sister Divinia stuck

Hello,

I'm a bit unsure if this is the right place, but here goes:

I followed the instructions given by Sister Divinia in Act 10, and then teleported to the Forbidden Sanctum. I entered the Book and the provided Relic into the Relic Altar, and went through the door of the Sanctum, which had just opened. I started to move towards a door, but then the game crashed. I first thought, it must've been an error on my Laptop, but, I could no longer reconnect to the PoE Servers. I tried restarting things (steam, the laptop, the router) and everything else worked fine, just not PoE.

I mostly don't mind that, however, Sister Divinia is now stuck with an Exclamation Point above her head, and keeps telling me to go to the Forbidden Sanctum. I can interact with the relic altar, but, dont have any relics or tomes, so I don't know what to do, and it seems like it's stuck.

Do I just need to wait until I get dropped a relic and tome? Or do I need to do something else (like reset the quest somehow) in order for it to be unstuck? If I should reset the quest, how am I supposed to do that? I tried for like 30 minutes but wasn't able to. I might've overlooked a relevant option though.

Any help would be appreciated!

Ah, okay. I hadnt had a drop in about 35 maps, and got a little nervous, not knowing if it is just RNG or not. Thank you!

I have the same issue. She is bugged with a ! above her head. When I interact with her, she sends me to the Sanctum. Once there, there is no portal to open, I dont have any relic on myself, the mobs do not drop any relic as well as that first quest was never completed and it needs to be completed in order for the mobs to start dropping relics.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Edit: I had to buy one for 8 chaos from a player on the market. We have to COMPLETE the sanctum in order to clear the quest. if we fail the first one, it creates a blocker where the mobs dont drop any new ones, Divinia does not give a new one for free, and the one used before is destroyed.
Only workaround is to buy one from the market and make sure to complete the run.

I know this is an old post, but it's the closest thing I found to my issue. I have the same thing, Sister Divinia is stuck with an exclamation point sending me to the sanctum. The game crashed my first round through and I didn't complete the quest, but now I don't have a Forbidden Tome to open the sanctum.

The problem is I'm in SSF. I can't just trade for one. So is my only option no Sanctum unless I leave the SSF league? Anyone know of another way to start the Sanctum quest over? I went back to the Ossuary to where I got the first tome to start the quest, and the altar was there but it no longer drops a Tome.
