Sewers - Blockage bypass glitch

So I walked up to the blockage in the sewer, preventing further progression. Using Leap Slam right up against it 2 or 3 times, it went through the blockage and I was able to walk down the path using the map overlay and pick up the crafting recipe. All with the blockage still in place.

Upload to Imgur in the future. Forums don't like image links embedded that don't have a direct link to the image file itself.
