The Friends Tab in the Social Screen Doesn't Scroll with the Left Analog Stick

When I'm in the Friends tab of the Social Screen, using the left analog stick to scroll through your friends does not move the list. Both analog sticks are required to move the list of friends down, where the other tabs do not require this. Does this make sense? Let me know if not. Love ya!
