Loading issue

The new league feels very laggy.
Downloads to cities take a very long time, the same with downloads to Heist. I wanted to run a little heist at the beginning of the league, but waiting 40 seconds - 2 minutes for the location to load discourages any desire to play. Do you plan to fix this or can I stop playing this league?
