Purple Pendant of Willpower Skin Bug

Hi, I discovered this weird interaction with Seraph Character Effect, is this intended or graphical bug. Hopefully this gets fixed or atleast made decent looking, this is quite ugly.

I tried changing my graphical settings but it didnt seem to change anything aside from looking worse at night/low lighting preset.
