Connecting PS Account

Good Morning!
I am wanting to play the new season when it drops on PS5, as its a bit easier for me to do that versus on my PC...I already have an account created for my PC version, but is there a way to connect my PS account so that I can use the same characters across the devices? I'm afraid it is not possible to link or migrate Path of Exile accounts between PC and Playstation, as these versions of the game run on entirely separate systems. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
