Small Cluster Jewel with Shaky Tooltip Text

The small cluster jewel tooltip mod's text appears to be 'shaky" when placed anywhere in the 6th column slot of the on-body player inventory. If placed it anywhere else, the mod text appears stable.

And I thought it's my GPU dying, or monitor sync failure xD It's many tooltips like this.
"End of March makes 3 months and 21 days which is almost 4 months and not 3 1/2, get your math right hoho."

Yes, this was reported a few leagues back. It happens with both AMD and Nvidia GPUs. Seems to happen randomly on items for me.
