Account Locked. need unlock code

Unable to login the game after internet went down. when internet came back, poe is saying I changed location and its asking for unlock code.
I cant get the unlock code though because the email I use to register this account can no longer be accessed. Last bumped on Aug 5, 2023, 2:14:27 AM
