PS4: Core pack problems

Hello,

10h ago I did buy the tormentor core pack at the PS Store homepage via webbrowser.

Somehow I didnt get the pack immediately and thought: "Ok, maybe it takes sometime" and I went to sleep.

After I was awake I checked the game and -yes- the pack arrived. But now I have a problem where I cannot buy the next step for the core pack. I still only have the tormentor pack to buy. The hellfire core pack isnt seen in the shop

Hey, do the following and you will probably redeem Supporter in your account.

1º Open the game
2º Go to the in-game store, through the Options and Microtransaction button
3º Click on Buy Points (just click and wait for the screen to load, you don't need to buy anything)

If you follow these steps, it will probably solve your problem!

Make the purchase through the in-game store!

I tried that many times, unfortunately it didnt solve the issue :/

EDIT:

While I wrote this, I was idleing in the store and it automatically updated the packages and I can buy the next pack now :)

EDIT2:

But the tormentor pack is still purchable

I recommend that you send an email GGG support then! They tend to respond quickly.
