Xbox live trading website problem

Hello all,

I am having a problem accessing the trading website.
I get a message that the website cannot be accessed due to an account restriction, and I should check my Xbox Live account.
Unfortunately I don't know what setting is meant.
I would be very happy if someone who might have had the same problem would share their knowledge.
