Raven Demon Wings - different bug

I've watched since 30 minutes before the launch, and after definitely less than 4 hours I got the portal effect, and the wings drop was seemingly not even obtainable... anymore?

I'm 4 hours and 55 minutes into the stream by now.
The wings looked unavailable for me from the very beginning.



This is all contrary to both following statements of yours:

To receive the Raven Demon Wings, you will need to watch any channel streaming ExileCon for at least one hour between Jul 28, 2023 10:00 PM (GMT) and Jul 28, 2023 11:30 PM (GMT). (this is displayed in your local time)

To receive the Heartseeker Portal you will need to accumulate four hours watch time on any ExileCon stream over the weekend, ending at Jul 30, 2023 5:00 AM (GMT) (this is displayed in your local time)
