for the portal mtx do you have to watch 4 hours of someone live streaming or can you just watch a VOd?

Hey Lyutsifer665, to receive the Heartseeker Portal you will need to accumulate four hours watch time on any ExileCon stream over the weekend, ending 30th July NZT.

Hey Lyutsifer665, you will need to watch any channel streaming ExileCon to be eligible. I'm afraid that watching VODs will not deem you eligible.
