Smoke Mine Undying Blockage Crafting Recipe

Apparently this is a known bug and not considered very important, but it does, theoretically, allow someone on league start to get the recipe before they are supposed to. I already have it through playing the game, but you can interact with the recipe podium and it will tell you you already have the recipe.
I assume if I did not have the recipe, skipped on through the Undying Blockage with Smoke Mine, and then grabbed it...well I don't know what would happen. Could be a problem, could be handled fine. Just pointing out the "Smoke Mine teleport through Undying Blockage" has the potential for bug abuse beyond getting to walk around at the dead end.
