Need help with mage skele build / lack DPS

Hi everyone, so I can clear T16 maps. I can finish easy blight map. I cannot finish ravaged blighted map, or do bossing, because I do not have dmg. Basically the bosses are having too much HP and skellies are shooting but not doing enough DMG. I would appreciate a feedback on my build. I am fairly noob, not have too much time to spend at the game. I have not too bad survivality, just the DPS... Thanks guys apreciate it
