Build help Tornado shot Deadeye Ranger

Hey, I've been playing on this character after not playing this game forever. I'm following a tornado shot deadeye ranger build I found here but am struggling with DPS. I can run T10 but feel like I hit a wall there and have to tread lightly all the time in maps.

I'm learning Path of Building too and put in my tree, gear, and skill gems but it doesn't seem to align perfectly with what I see in the character screen of POE.

Any suggestions on how I can improve my build would be greatly appreciated.
I'm pretty game poor but have a few Div to spend. I was working on six linking my armor and bow but worried it might be wasted efforts if they're not even good to begin with..

Some notes, my plans were to change my boots next and I understand my flask setup isn't ideal yet but my mana regen and health are a current constraint on top of my survivability issues. I also have Precise Technique on the skill tree but need to work on my accuracy rating so removing that for now.
