Disable quest tracking broken.

"Disable quest tracking" doesn't work for heist contracts... I have 8 in my inventory since I'm saving them for later until I've finished the acts. The quest log is taking up my 40% of my screen, overflowing below the manabar. Disable quest tracking does surprisingly not remove the heist quest crap from the right side.

It would be nice to have it working so I won't have to see "UPGRADE YOUR LIGHT RADIUS" and "UPGRADE YOUR DARKNESS RESISTANCE" after every single completed delve node. I don't want to upgrade anymore. I have unchecked "Enable Quest Tracking" and when I enter new zone I can't see any quest, but they come back every single time I complete a node.
