Mac OS Screen Redraw Issue

I recently started playing PoE again after about a year and noticed some screen issues while running around. They seem to randomly pop up where blocks of the screen are covered. I've linked some screenshots.
I am using Mac OS Ventura 13.4 and the latest Steam and PoE versions as of today, June 16, 2023.

I've tried changing some game settings in PoE, but it doesn't seem to help.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Is it Intel Mac or M1?

then i have no idea, it is not that old Intel-Mac model nor infamous M1 issue

But have you tired to update display card driver? I am not sure Mac get as regular patch as PC for the AMD cards. (Also, some people said latest AMD driver has issue instead)

And per the sticky thread, state the driver version too

These corrupted graphics problems in PoE occur consistently on both Intel and Apple Silicon (I own and play PoE on both). Apple controls the distribution of updates for graphics drivers, so we only get what we get. Plus, Apple doesn't care about Vulkan graphics, only Metal. There is no "upgrade drivers" option for Mac users.

My current solution is as follows:

"
cd ~/Library/Caches/com.GGG.PathOfExile
rm -rf ShaderCacheVulkan
mkdir ShaderCacheVulkan
chmod a-w ShaderCacheVulkan

This ensures that the directory used by the Vulkan shader cache in PoE exists and is empty, and it removes write permission on that directory, effectively disabling the file system cache.

Everything seems to run just fine with this adjustment, though there is probably a modest performance hit. There are still occasional shader glitches, but not too many and those glitches don't keep getting worse and worse the longer I play, which was the default behavior.

This helped me a lot. Overall Performance is still crap but loading times got much better.
