Temple of atzoatl

Hello...
I was told, that it's enough to do the temple on level 68, any reward can drop at that level. Is this true (because it sounds so unlike poe)?
If it is, is the level of the special items to be found (like the architects hand etc) lower on a 68 temple than on a 83 one, or are they fixed?
