Clarissa Act 3 not spawning

I've recently made a new character and Clarissa no longer spawns in act 3 to complete Lost in love quest and I'm unable to make progress on this character.

She spawns in the first area of Act 3, not Act 2?
Check if she's already in town, and you didn't realize you already rescued her? |
