Public tabs and trade API do not update

Hello,
I have dozens of items for sale on my public tabs that are not updating or showing up on trade. I tried relogging, restarting, removing the tab as public and putting it back, changing items from one public tab to the other, nothing seems to work. Even if I search for my account name on the trade API it just shows 3 items that have been there for weeks, nothing that was added since is showing up. How do I fix this and why does this happen when using GGG's own systems and paid tabs. Not even trying to use third party APIs or anything, I just want to be able to sell my stuff which I only now realized never updates. No wonder it's been very quiet on trade for me... Same problem here, I only see items I've listed in the previous days. I've listed multiple items today but none of them seem to show up on the trade site. I made sure my sell tab is public.
