Recurring terrain generator error with specific delve nodes

I have been experiencing a terrain generator while delving, I've been experiencing this since 3.19. It seems the rarer delve biomes have a decent chance of encountering this error which will create blockades to areas I can no longer travel through. Resetting the instance, /oos, or even trying the same location days later don't seem to fix the terrain sync error, I'm currently unaware of any way to make these nodes traversable if possible. If there's any other information I can provide that would be helpful please let me know

Affected biomes: Primeval Ruins, Vaal Outpost, and Abyssal City
