Can't refund ascension points.

I am playing the scion class and I can't refund my 1st ascendancy points. For me being the first three points towards "path of the templar". I have 9 open and usable points for my passive skill tree and 15 regret points sitting there ready to use at the top of my screen (while passive tree is open). I've spent 3 days with dozens of people in the community trying to help me. To clear up any questions, yes I have the passive points available. Yes I have already used the regret orbs so the 15 refund points are also available. Yes, f(or no reason) I have re ran the lab to touch the wall like EVERY other class has to do and still nothing. I have spent over 1.5 div deleting EVERY single passive point on my tree including the points for labs 2-4 and I still cannot take off my first ascension points. In fact it doesn't even allow me to put my cursor over the node to refund it in the first place. Please help this is becoming VERY expensive and frustrating. Much love
