Something wrong with legion Monster loot

Have done alot legions this/past season farm about 150 5way sets so far have good idea what should be dropping.


After latest hotfixes/patches almost always clear the legion there nothing on ground until open the boxes , monsters even with loot icon just dont drop nothing like quant/rarity was 0.

Seen PC ppl say this on reddit to something to do with explode but dont have it on build

Can this be looked on
