Could someone give me advice?

Hello, first off thank you for taking your time. Could you point me in the right direction to increase my dps /survivability of my build. I am coming back to poe after a long break and just was curious where I am going wrong in my build I swapped from Poison Conc. to mf tornado shot. I know all my gems are not leveled fully but I feel like I am doing zero damage. Could you point my in the right direction. Please and thank you.
