Is there a list of Bosses with unique drops/drop restricted items anywhere?

Managing to finally claw my way in to the post story stuff. I'm just curious if there's a list of unique items that only drop from specific bosses/places? Trying to google it, I keep coming up short, but do find it referred to as area-restricted items or drop restricted items?

Does such a list exist anywhere?

For mostly non-boss drops there is. Not sure if it is 100% up to date, but it should be pretty close.

I'm not aware of one that does a full breakdown list of boss-specific drops, but this is a pretty good starting point as far as quickly accessing the individual endgame bosses.

Thanks Aggro!

Do you happen to know, is there any wiki page or guide/breakdown that covers the end-game options, in regards to, rewards/crafting ability they give you. As I'm pretty overwhelmed, I understand how to run Heist, Delve, Blight, etc, but I don't know WHY I would run them or the other options or what I get out of them/the crafting options they give me, as an example. Is there anything that gives me an overview of all of them, or is it just going to be a case of wiki searching each individual one, one at a time?
Kinda the same deal as with endgame bosses. There's no single list and breakdown that I know of, but this will at least give you a good starting point in accessing the various mechanics easily.

A lot of whether you should do any of those things largely depends on whether you want to, and whether they do in fact offer something you want and/or need. None of them are absolutely mandatory, and in some cases you can get what they offer by other means such as trading, Divination Card drops, etc, if you don't enjoy running the content (or aren't strong enough).

Edit: Forgot to include Masters also, since they have their own things for you to do and aren't considered "extra content".

Cool, thank you so much :)

The main issue atm I have is, having just gotten to the maps/"the actual game" there's so many different things, and none of them are really explained as to what I get out of them so I'm lacking that knowledge to make a choice of what I want to focus on atm.

I understand what they are, and how to do the activity, like Delve, or Blight. And I get the Atlas, and how to use the talent tree, I understand those bits, but all of the stuff like Harvest, Delve, Lab crafting, when it comes to the reward functions that give me different crafting abilities, or different options/items... I don't have a starting point as it's given me no info. So I don't know what each gives, so I don't know what I want to look at if that makes sense.

Yeah, you have to do some research and look at them individually. Those links at least give you quick access to do that and take away some of the leg work. Since you're still pretty new to the endgame though, it's not overly important right off. It's all optional stuff. Some are just MOAR LOOT!-oriented, some are more crafting-oriented, a couple are mostly based around gambling and/or bartering.

I'd say mostly (but not necessarily exclusively) stick with the loot-centric mechanics for a while, as getting into real endgame crafting quickly becomes an expensive endeavor.

You can also check YouTube for some guides on specific content. There should be plenty around, though some may be getting out of date as things in the game have changed over time.

Hey, I know this is late, but there is a web-link that might help you understand more about bosses and their loot drops.

Link to poe.how - https://poe.how/economy/bosses

Not really sure if the data on here has been refreshed for the latest league. Hope this helps though.
Your best bet for figuring what what mechanic you want to run is Youtube videos.

I would suggest finding a streamer you like that makes video guides, that plays the same game-mode as you. (league trade softcore, etc) and follow their posts.

Empyrian does a series every league called based or cringe, where he tries different popular strategies.
