Blight mobs stuck in Crucible altar

During a blight encounter in a map, one of the portals spawned inside the crucible altar and mobs could not move out of it. I cleared the crucible encounter but nothing changed. I can't hit the mobs, they can't hit me, blight encounter is stuck.
