Access to side arease blocked in Rotting Temple

Encountered this a couple of times in rotting temple on current patch, terrain generation prevents entry into hidden areas after they've been detonated (see below). Haven't encountered the issue on prior patches. Haven't encountered the issue outside of Rotting Temple. Blink skills do not appear to bypass the terrain (tested flame dash).
