Browser or browser extension/addon issue maybe? Badge name tooltips work fine for me in Firefox.

Also a Firefox user, also working fine for me.
Quickly tested in Vivaldi (a Chromium-based browser), and it seems to work fine there, too? "VPs are not required to change their posting style. I run on FF as well, with no script and several other addons. May take a sec or 2 to "load" but it works for me as well. Running 111.0.1 atm.
